Lauren

Lauren is currently a Sophomore at Skyline Highschool, and has been a part of the Tashunka program since 2003. Lauren started riding with her mom on her first pony comet, and than worked with her moms Arabian horse Ebby.  When starting lessons, Lauren worked for quite some time with Ebby bareback.  Once Bobbi was added to the Molina herd, she moved to working with Bobbi on English and trail Riding.  She has dabbled in gaming, advanced trail riding in the mountains and beach.  Lauren has spent countless hours working with Bobbi, and more recently found great success in Showmanship and Dressage by qualifying for the Washington State 4H Horse Program Championships as a last year Intermediate in 2008 and a first year senior on 2009.  She qualified for her Bronze medal in both Huntseat Equitation and Showmanship in her first Senior year, and earned her Silver and first Gold medal in Showmanship at her first show of the 2009/2010 season.  Lauren has been a member of Midnight Riders 4H club since its rejuvenation in 2004, and currently serves as the club treasurer.  She is also an avid soccer player, and has been playing on the Premier soccer club, Eastside FC.
